1. Service Description

AI Nexus ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI model API aggregation gateway service. Through this service, you can access third-party AI model interfaces integrated on the platform ("Model Services").

1.1 Model Sourcing

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI large language models available on AI Nexus are provided by AI technology suppliers within the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud (Tongyi Qianwen/Qwen), Baidu (ERNIE/YiYan), Zhipu AI (GLM), iFlytek (Spark), Tencent (Hunyuan), ByteDance (Doubao), MiniMax, Baichuan Intelligence, 01.AI (Yi), Moonshot AI, and others.
• Model inference is performed on servers located within China. Model suppliers may process your input data in accordance with their own terms of service and compliance requirements.
• AI Nexus itself does not develop, train, or own the underlying AI models. We provide only technical access and routing services.

1.2 Gateway Acceleration Nodes

To optimize global access experience, API gateway servers are deployed in Singapore. The gateway layer does not store your API request content; it only performs routing and necessary data statistics (token metering, call frequency, etc.).

2. Accounts & API Keys

• You must provide a valid email address when registering an account
• API Keys are your credentials for accessing the service ?keep them secure
• You are responsible for any loss resulting from API Key disclosure
• You may create, disable, or delete API Keys at any time from the console
• Multiple API Keys per account are allowed; use separate keys for different applications

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with the following rules when using this service:

• Do not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security measures
• Do not use the service to generate or distribute unlawful content, hate speech, or violent material
• Do not use the service for cyber attacks, scraping, or malicious abuse
• Do not resell API access or provide public anonymous proxy services

4. Content Responsibility

Content generated by AI models ("Output") does not represent the position or views of AI Nexus. You bear full responsibility for:

• The input content you submit to the models
• How you use the model output
• Whether model output complies with the laws of your jurisdiction
• Any third-party claims or disputes arising from the use of model output

5. Compliance & Governing Law

5.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

5.2 Data Processing

By using this service, you understand and agree that:

• Your API call content will be forwarded in real-time to model supplier servers within China for processing
• Model suppliers' data processing is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies
• AI Nexus does not store your API request/response content at the gateway layer
• Account information and usage statistics (excluding content) are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy

5.3 Chinese Legal Compliance

AI Nexus strictly complies with China's Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, and relevant generative AI regulations. All model suppliers have completed the necessary filings and compliance procedures under Chinese law.

6. Service Availability & SLA

• We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.5% monthly service availability
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party model supplier failures, or network disruptions
• Enterprise customers may enter into separate SLA agreements

7. Billing & Payment

• Services are billed based on token usage at prices shown on the website
• Deposits are credited to your account balance; deductions are based on actual usage
• Unused balances may be refunded upon request (see FAQ for details)
• We reserve the right to adjust prices with advance notice via announcements

8. Disclaimer

• AI model output is not guaranteed for accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose ?it is for reference only
• AI Nexus is not responsible for model supplier service availability, response speed, or model quality
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Nexus is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use this service

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via your registered email or website announcements. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
