📢 Summary: We do not analyze, collect, or sell your API call content. Your data belongs to you. We only collect essential account and service operation information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Registration email address
- Account password (encrypted, one-way hash)
- Account balance and top-up records
- API Key creation and usage records
Service Usage Information
- API call count and timestamps
- Token consumption
- Models and endpoints used
- Request IP address (rate limiting and security only, retained ?0 days)
What We Do NOT Collect
- API request/response content (discarded immediately after model inference)
- Name, ID number, phone number, physical address (unless you provide for invoicing)
- Browser history, cross-site cookies
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: Process API requests, manage accounts, handle payments
- Operations: Monitor service stability, diagnose faults, prevent abuse
- Billing: Calculate token consumption, generate invoices
- Compliance: Fulfill legal and regulatory requirements
3. Data Storage & Protection
- Server Location: Singapore gateway, model inference forwarded to model suppliers within China
- Encryption: HTTPS/TLS in transit, passwords and API Keys encrypted at rest
- Access Control: Principle of least privilege, only authorized personnel
- Retention: Account data deleted within 30 days of account closure. Call logs retained for 90 days
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share in the following circumstances:
- Model Providers: API call content is forwarded in real-time to your selected model provider (e.g., DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud) for inference only ?not retained
- Legal Requirements: As required by law or government request (we will notify you where legally permitted)
- Service Providers: Payment processors (limited to payment-necessary information)
5. Your Rights
- Access: View your account information and usage records
- Correct: Update account information
- Delete: Contact cnn@tokencnn.com to request account deletion
- Export: Request a data export
- Complaint: If you believe we have violated applicable laws, you may file a complaint with the relevant authority
6. Cookie Use
We use essential cookies for session authentication. No third-party tracking cookies or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies through browser settings, though this may affect normal functionality.
