This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of AI Nexus (tokencnn.com), an AI API aggregation platform operated by Hainan Tongcheng Technology Investment Co., Ltd. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use our API to generate, distribute, or facilitate content that:

• Is illegal — violates any applicable law or regulation
• Is sexually explicit or suggestive — including pornography, NSFW imagery, or sexually provocative material
• Promotes violence or harm — including terroristic content, self-harm, hate speech, or harassment
• Infringes intellectual property — copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret violations
• Constitutes fraud or deception — phishing, scams, impersonation, or misleading content
• Generates malware or exploits — viruses, ransomware, or any code designed to harm systems
• Invades privacy — non-consensual data collection, doxxing, or surveillance abuse

2. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls
• Reverse engineering our API, platform, or infrastructure
• Using the platform for cryptocurrency mining or blockchain spam
• Reselling our API access without explicit authorization (standard API consumption for your own users is permitted)
• Automated scraping or crawling beyond documented API endpoints
• Cross-contaminating user data across tenants or customers

3. Content Moderation

We employ automated content filtering to detect and block prohibited content. Violations may result in:

• Warning notification via email
• Temporary suspension of API access
• Permanent account termination and forfeiture of remaining balance
• Reporting to relevant authorities for illegal activity

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. We may suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
